1. Product Catalog & Descriptions

While we make every effort to display accurate product sizes, material finishes, stock availability, and prices, differences in screen calibration can affect how colors are rendered. We strongly recommend visiting our physical showroom in Vishrambag, Sangli, to inspect actual tile samples before placing bulk orders.

2. Quotes & Sales Contracts

Product inquiries submitted through the website do not constitute a binding sales agreement. Official pricing, transport calculations, breakages liability, and delivery timelines are finalized through written proforma invoices issued directly by our billing office.

3. Delivery & Site Inspections

All tile deliveries must be inspected upon unloading at the client's site. Claims for transit breakages must be registered immediately with our delivery driver before signing the receipt logs.
